From the Ground Up in DFW
HNLMD Services was founded in Fort Worth, Texas with a clear mission: to provide the Dallas/Fort Worth healthcare community with biomedical equipment services that combine deep technical expertise with the kind of personalized attention that only a local company can offer.
Founder Ben Donaldson built HNLMD Services after years working in sterile processing and healthcare equipment service, where he saw firsthand how facility managers struggled with slow response times, unclear pricing, and technicians who weren't familiar with their specific equipment. He built HNLMD to be the company he always wished he could call.
Today, HNLMD Services supports hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, dental offices, veterinary clinics, and other healthcare facilities across DFW and surrounding areas. We have the knowledge and equipment to handle whatever your facility needs.

Ben Donaldson
Founder & Owner
Ben founded HNLMD Services after building his career in sterile processing and healthcare equipment service in the DFW area. His philosophy: do the right thing, charge a fair price, and show up when you say you will. As an active AAMI member, he ensures all services follow current AAMI and Joint Commission (TJC) standards. He is personally involved in quality oversight for every major service provided by HNLMD.
